- Star Wars or Star Trek? So, I am really proud to say that I have watched ALL Star Wars movies... from the classic trilogy to the prequels and finally Disney's new The Force Awakens (opening night)... and I LOVED them! I can't believe I'd been missing out on so much quality lightsaber battles and life wisdom from Yoda all my life... until now!
2. Read on a Kindle or paperback book? Let's face it... a screen can never beat the smell of an old book and let's not even get into how bothersome a screen is on your eyes. Confession: I stare at my iPhone for longer than recommended, as it is... if I'm going to read a good book, I want to take a break from bright screens.
3. Go to a play or musical? I recently went to go watch my high school friend play as a "Who" villager in Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical and I recommend it to everyone. It was hilarious... especially if you're sipping on some refreshing sangria. To answer the question: Musicals are fun if you like the music and are familiar with it, but I think plays can be great too if you are into the subject of the play.
4. University or life experience, which do you feel best prepares you for life? I loved college but I think life experience best prepares you for life. There's only so much that can be taught. People learn differently too. Some may listen and learn from others before them, but there are many that have to experience things for themselves in order to learn. I like to learn from others and love seeking life advice, but I would be lying if I said that every now and then I don't need to make my own mistakes in order to really make my own opinions.
5. Visit Europe or Mexico? Europe hands down! So much history, arquitecture, languages and culture in one whole continent.
6. Use Facebook or Twitter? I used to like Twitter better than Facebook for a minute, but let's face it... if you're not a celebrity, all you can really use it for is to post IG pics because your accounts are directly linked, live tweet during major televised events and share quick thoughts without any expectation of real discussion. Facebook there is more interaction, plus I am loving the recent trend of friends sharing interesting articles on their walls. Also, most of my friends have Facebook rather than Twitter. But let's not forget the real queen... Instagram (IG), of course, almost everyone has one! I use them all, duh.
7. Choose a free trip or money? Free trip, free trip, free trip! Absolutely love TRAVELING!
8. Win the lottery or find your perfect job? I wish to find my perfect job, because even if I was rich I'd want to find the perfect way to contribute to society and learn from experiences by interacting with other human beings.
9. Swim in a pool or the ocean? Salt water and waves crashing on the beach are not only beautiful to look at, but soothing to the senses. I'd choose the ocean every time, because it's therapeutic.
10. Watch sports or play sports? Play sports for sure. I love learning new skills, getting physical and winning (I am competitive by nature.)
