This was a tough, yet, fun episode to produce. I worked on this project from Florida and coordinated everything to be filmed in Canada. It was tough because I was tasked with finding an influencer with a decent local following to participate in the episode. Mission accomplished! Part of the process to create these videos is doing A LOT of research and I really enjoyed getting to know the food scene in Montreal through pictures, reviews and videos online. It helped that Chef St-Pierre had a great personality— which helped making the process a smooth one. He was such a joy to correspond with.
"Top Dish" is a multi-part mini-series that pits three top Canadian restaurants - one in Montreal, one in Vancouver, and another in Toronto - against each other to reveal the best dish. These restaurants' chefs will go head to head to deliver the best dish - one they have chosen themselves to best represent their talents, style, and concept.
