This video is the second part of the "Top Dish" series. Again, it was a tough, yet, fun episode to produce too. I worked on this project from Florida and coordinated everything to be filmed in Canada. It was tough because I was tasked with finding an influencer with a decent local following to participate in the episode. Mission accomplished! Mijune Pak was very easy to work with as a talent and it helped she was already knowledgable of the Vancouver food scene. Chef Lucais Syme, too was a pleasure to correspond with. He was flexible with our crew on site and went above a beyond with his dish demonstrations.
